Wuhan Jingce Electronics Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300567.SZ) was established in 2006 with a commitment to becoming the preferred comprehensive service provider for the semiconductor, display, and new energy industries, centered around testing equipment. From the two major power systems (lithium battery/hydrogen energy) in smart vehicles to the five domain control systems (powertrain domain/cockpit domain/body domain/chassis domain/autonomous driving domain), Jingce drives the deep integration of manufacturing and testing in the smart vehicle sector through its optoelectronic detection products and industry solutions.
Headquartered in Wuhan, China's automotive hub focused on new energy and intelligent connectivity, Jingce Group has progressively established a global industrial footprint. Leveraging its self-developed full-stack "optical-mechanical-electrical-algorithm-software" integrated platform, the company has built three R&D and manufacturing bases: the Wuhan Jingce Intelligent Vehicle Testing Systems Base, the Suzhou Jingce Intelligent Vehicle Control Systems Base, and the Changzhou Jingce Intelligent Vehicle Powertrain Systems Base. This infrastructure is complemented by a worldwide network of marketing and service centers.

Development History
2006
On April 20, Wuhan Jingce Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co., Ltd.) was established. The company independently developed electronic signal detection technology and focused on the research, development, production, and sales of display testing products.
2013
In 2013, the company successfully developed its second-generation PG116 product in-house, earning the China Patent Gold Award. It also achieved independent development of electronic loads, power modules and other products, launching a vehicle electrical testing system solution.
2016
On 22 November 2016, Jingce Electronic successfully listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 300567.SZ). The company independently developed an integrated “Optical-Mechanical-Electrical-Algorithm-Software” technology platform, achieving the top position in multiple industries technologies. Jingce Electronic (Wuhan) Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base for Testing Systems commenced full operation.
2018
In 2018, the company was awarded the titles of "National Model Enterprise of Single Item Champion in Manufacturing" and "National Model Enterprise of Intellectual Property", establishing itself as a nationally certified leading enterprise in the niche market.
2019
In 2019, Jingce Electronic won the Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, solidifying its position as the world’s sole enterprise with complete DeMura solutions for the entire display industry chain. Its self-built, CNAS-accredited optical laboratory, independently developed color management and topography measurement instruments, and a launched automotive optical inspection system solution.
2021
In 2021, the company comprehensively expanded presence in the new energy testing system sector, launching end-to-end inspection solutions for lithium batteries and hydrogen fuel cells. Jingce Electronic (Suzhou) Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base for Testing Equipment commenced full-scale operations.
2022
In 2022, the company was approved for the key special project "Intelligent Sensors" under the National Key R&D Program, as well as the "National Enterprise Technology Centre" and the "National Postdoctoral Research Station". It has successively carried out all-round industry-university-research cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Fudan University, and other institutions of higher education.
2023
In 2023, Jingce Electronic was awarded the 2023 Second Class National Technology Invention Award. Jingce Electronic (Changzhou) New Energy Intelligent Equipment Industrial Base was successfully put into production. It undertook strategic new energy business projects for major overseas clients for the first time and successfully launched them with multiple national customers.
2024
In 2024，the company fully expanded its presence into the field of intelligent vehicle control system and launched a comprehensive automated assembly and testing solution for the five core domains of intelligent vehicles: Power Domain, Body Domain, Chassis Domain, Cockpit Domain, and Autonomous Driving Domain.
2025
In 2025, based on its system-level process testing and yield management solutions, the company provides one-stop solutions and services covering various testing fields including Wafer, Chip, Package, Module, Complete Machine, and System. It also launched the AIVIS Industrial-Grade Intelligent Vision Inspection Workstation, empowering the automation and intelligent upgrading of industrial manufacturing through AI vision inspection.
