JN503 Series is a bidirectional high-voltage DC power module designed for OBC/charging pile module aging, energy storage systems, DC bus microgrid, retired battery echelon use, etc.
It connects to DC bus input, with bidirectional power supply and load output.
Built-in high-frequency transformer isolation, full SiC design and full digital dual DSP control ensure high efficiency, high power density, high parallel scalability and high reliability, effectively meeting various application requirements.
