Equipment Description
This equipment is a cell wrapping machine for square lithium-ion batteries in the assembly section. It integrates blue film and bottom plate insulation sheet heat sealing, blue film wrapping, blue film and top bracket heat sealing, and bottom adhesive sticking. After insulation withstand voltage test, insulation resistance test, dimension measurement, battery weighing, film appearance inspection (reserved space) and other tests, cells are automatically sorted and transferred to the next process.
