Pouch Cell Appearance Inspection Equipment
Equipment Introduction:
This equipment is mainly used for the automatic inspection of appearance defects of pouch cells, compatible with both black film and silver film. It adopts an offline inspection mode and features non-stop automatic loading and unloading.
The loader shall be compatible with both general pallets and finished product pallets at the same time, while the unloader only needs to be compatible with finished product pallets. Both loading and unloading adopt the mode of visual positioning + robot.
The designed cycle time of the whole machine is ≥ 30 PPM. After inspection, OK products and NG products are unloaded separately.
The number of NG product channels shall be ≥ 4 (belt unloading), and each channel can buffer ≥ 8 PCS of batteries.
The number of imaging dimensions/channels (not RGB/HSV channels) for each surface of the battery shall be ≥ 4, with the capability of qualitative analysis of height/depth information (quantitative analysis not required).
The permission to use and edit the process of general visual inspection algorithms shall be open. A training-end computer/server shall be provided with open access to the model training platform.
OK batteries shall be used to train a deep learning network model to distinguish OK and NG batteries. Meanwhile, the system shall also support model training with NG batteries, so as to classify the identified NG defects and mark defect locations.
The storage period of inspection images shall be no less than one year.
