Case Study 1
Facing two tricky issues: poor heat dissipation and difficulty in controlling battery thickness. On one hand, the thermal isolation measures between cells are difficult to operate; improper handling can easily cause local overheating, which in turn leads to the spread of thermal runaway and seriously affects battery safety. On the other hand, due to the uneven internal structure of the cells, uneven thickness often occurs at the tab positions, separator ends, and both sides of the cells, which adversely affects the performance and stability of the battery.
