January 27, 2026

Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange released the "Announcement on the Evaluation Results of Information Disclosure Work of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Growth Enterprise Market for 2024-2025", and Jingce Electronics (300567. SZ) once again won the highest level of A-level (excellent) evaluation. According to statistics, a total of 1360 listed companies participated in the evaluation of the ChiNext board, of which 234 companies were rated as A (excellent), accounting for 17.21%. Thus, the company has achieved the highest level of information disclosure for three consecutive years, fully demonstrating the regulatory authorities' high recognition of the company's standardized governance, transparent operation, and investor relations management.

Obtaining an A for three consecutive years and being a "top student" in information disclosure

The information disclosure assessment is an annual test conducted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to measure the transparency and standardized operation level of listed companies. The assessment dimensions cover core indicators such as information disclosure quality, standardized operation, investor relations management, and social responsibility disclosure. Among thousands of listed companies participating in the assessment on the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing stock exchanges, it is rare for them to achieve A-level results for three consecutive years, and Jingce Electronics is one of the outstanding ones.

Transparent governance enables investors to 'see clearly, understand clearly, and have confidence'

Since its listing on the ChiNext board in 2016, Jingce Electronics has always adhered to the principles of "truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and fairness" in information disclosure, continuously optimized disclosure content, and actively improved readability and decision-making usefulness

Zero tolerance for compliance governance: Strictly comparing with the latest regulations, conducting high-frequency self inspections, responding quickly to fill gaps, ensuring that the bottom line of corporate governance is always dynamically adapted to regulatory red lines, and safeguarding the company's compliance development.

Voluntary disclosure of "additive": focusing on core businesses such as semiconductors, actively disclosing incremental information such as order progress and technological breakthroughs, and reducing market information gaps.

Multi channel communication "zero distance": Through a three-dimensional communication matrix such as performance briefing meetings, interactive platforms, investor hotlines, and roadshows, we have responded to over 300 investor questions annually, maintaining a 100% response rate.

Deeply practicing the "dual improvement of quality and return": taking investor concerns as the starting point, continuously promoting the normalization of the share repurchase mechanism, using real money to repay trust, and achieving a synchronous leap in return thickness and information transparency.
