01 Full?coverage Core Functions & High?precision Measurement

Through high?speed closed?loop circuits and ARM+FPGA software algorithms, the JN807 Series realizes power control and precise measurement monitoring. It accurately supports basic modes including Constant Current (CC), Constant Resistance (CR), Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Power (CP), as well as extended functions such as dynamic load variation and short?circuit simulation, fully complying with standard testing items.

Equipped with a 16?bit high?precision A/D converter and a voltage?current sampling rate of 1 microsecond per cycle, it precisely captures subtle changes such as output response time. Customizable load waveform visualization makes test data more intuitive

The JN807 Series features an 8?kW/4U high power density design, stably delivering 8?kW output within a standard 4U rack space. It fits seamlessly into compact laboratory workbenches and dense production?line testing areas, saving space while creating a neater and more efficient testing environment.

To address industry pain points of difficult and time?consuming equipment maintenance, the JN807 Series adopts an innovative rail?mount design for power modules, enabling quick module replacement or maintenance without complex tools. Future upgrades do not require whole?unit replacement; higher?spec testing demands can be met via module iteration. This minimizes downtime, improves testing efficiency, reduces long?term operating costs and cuts corporate investment.

04 Flexible Capacity Expansion for Diverse Testing Needs

With larger?capacity batteries and faster charging rates for new?energy vehicles, charging module power is evolving from 30?kW to 60?kW and 80?kW, making expandability a key requirement for testing equipment.
Highly adaptable, the JN807 Series supports master?slave control and rapid parallel connection via external cascade terminals for multi?load parallel testing, reaching a maximum power of 500?kW. It covers testing requirements for mainstream and future high?power modules with industry?leading power ratings. Flexible expandability greatly improves equipment utilization and application scope.
